I made the mistake of watching a video of how to make gluten-free baklava and now I WANT ONE. Really bad. I used to eat baklava from when I was a wee bitty to right before my dx… I must say, I miss it. Today was pretty amazing. I could actually think! That obnoxious swirling fog finally left my brain. I did have a slight headache, but it only lasted for a couple hours and was remedied by some Tejava Iced Tea.
